Played at the Knitting Factory last night with Scratcher. It was a very cool, very fun gig. Probably the bands best performance yet. We played with Jesus Speed and Public Offenders, 2 friends of the band. Also very cool bands. JS is in the Bloc Party vein, and Public Offenders is in the old school NYC punk style. Was nice to be back on stage after taking a break to record. The Scratcher recording are now mixed and needs to be mastered. After mastering we are going to figure out what on earth we are going to o with these tunes. Atomic Brother has about 4 songs mixed. Patrick is doing a kick-ass job. I loaded Everything and Less into my system and did a demo mix and was blown away. I can’t wait to hear what Pat’s version sounds like.
