Nitzer Ebb and Curse Mackey was a show I was excited to see. I’ve know Curse a few years and seen huis show, but I have never seen Nitzer Ebb before, but am a big fan. So it was exciting when Curse asked me to shoot the show and got me a photo pass. This was a challenging show to shoot since Curse likes things very dark, and I had no idea what to expect from Nitzer Ebb.

Photographer’s Notes
I had seen Curse perform several times and expected to be challenged because he has a dark show with lots of strobes. I told him that I’d like to shoot him on film so he hooked me up with passes to the show so we I experiment. I came away expecting that to have 2 rolls of unusable shots, but a digital photographer I spoke to at the show thought I’d get better shots than him because of how the strobes and LED flicker would affect his shots. Both Curse and I were very happy with how these came out.
